I was wondering where/how I can decorate my home. I remember in the old pixie hollow there were some home stores but I can't find them. Thanks in advance

In 1.0 if you fly to your home you can decorate! It does not save though, unfortunately. And I believe homes are broken in 2.21.

There is one workaround I know and use often: screencaps. A while back was a thread on creating a custom realm in 1.0 using pics on your computer. It won't be the same, but at least you'll be able to enjoy the decor again even after redecorating.
