These two were causing trouble at the Stepping Stones Ball last night too, in-game reports were sent by many.

Moonspirit with uid 12196 (username rainbowpond ) is muted for 3 months for using very rude language in the game, Gardenia Lightstone with uid 12195 is muted for 1 day for spamming the whisper to all chat.
