Stamp Button Not Working

hi! i was going to go stamp a thread when i noticed that none of the links were working... (i tried clicking on the stamp button and some other buttons, but they didn't do anything, even after i refreshed the page). because of this, i can't do any moderator actions on threads right now. are the buttons working for any other mods / admins? thanks!!
