can't upload any pictures at all

So, a few days ago I realized for some reason I can no longer upload pics straight to one of my albums or create a new one

Now I just tried to upload a cosplay on the forum and now whenever I try to upload a pic, it looks like it starts loading for about 3 seconds, then it says "cancel uploading" then just goes away, and I shrunk the picture file size even more than usual so I don't think my picture is too big and I tried it with other pics and it did the same thing

so I'm wondering is there a reason this is happening and how can I fix it? ( I tried adding more attatchment space and trying on firefox instead of google chrome and neither of those worked)
