Why was my user group changed?

I reached Minister in March now I'm back at Talent Master... I only need 324 points to reach Minister again and I don't mind that. Is it a glitch?

This happened to me way back when.

For me, it was the fact that I sent out like 100 relation requests without realizing that they costed loyalty. Maybe think back and remember if you made any similar actions.

Or maybe the credit reset glitch is back. There is really no telling, with the minimal upkeep the site seems to be receiving.
