Everything is White and I can't select anything? Glitch

Hi, new player here, so happy to have found this. HOWEVER. Whenever I go to customize a fairy, all of the selections are white and while I can scroll through the customization options, I can't select any of them. Can someone help please?

I had similar issues and certain shops and my house won't load for me

Also, I've tried 3 different browsers, each of which had WEBGL enabled

Is this for 1.0 or 2.0 because it's been a while since I created a new fairy on 2.0. Also, yes, it's still true that choosing anything in the facial options except skin colour still renders white irises and light coloured lips, among other things off, but that's for 2.0; I haven't had such issues in 1.0.

It's with both. It's likely something on my end but I don't know how to fix it
