Vidia and the lost crown - fanart

I recently read "Vidia and the lost crown" again after many years, I had the book when I was a kid and it was the story that made me love Prilla as a character. I read the book to my Discord server becasue I needed to show the canon Prilla to the people who are reading "Prilla's Adventures" (my fanfiction) without knowing anything on Disney Fairies.

I wanted to draw the moment when Vidia is considering the idea of stealing Queen Clarion's crown for real and Prilla just looks at her. That stare is enough to make Vidia reconsider her actions and taking the right decision of giving the crown back.

This is a very quick and unrefined drawing I initially made for myself only, I didn't want to finish it so the final result is just full of little mistakes and so on but it gives the idea of what I had in mind.
For the background I used the same illustrations you can find in the book, I cut and edited some parts to make it look like Vidia and Prilla where really in the scene.

It's like putting a new spin on an oldie, but goody. I think this art piece better captures the scene of crowns than the cover of the book.
