What is the updated method of importing music onto one's profile?

It's not fool proof but this is all I have found to work. Seems they're cracking down on hosting sites like musicpleer and kiwi6 for the past couple of years.

the other way is to use mp3 links from khinsider (a free video game music website)!
1. find the music file you want
2. click on it, takes you to  a page to download to a different format
3. right click the music file, and find "copy audio link"
4. add it to your playlist!

Does Vocaroo still work? As far as I know the site's still up and seems to be running just fine but I can't find any way to get the mp3 link which is needed to embed music on our page.
