Can you switch between versions 1.0 and 2.0?

Yes, they are two totally different URLs.

You can access version 1.0 here.

2.0 is under the "pixie hollow" tab but I really cannot recommend it especially to new players. It hasn't been updated in a long time and is like playing FairyABC on "hard mode".
