Please help stop meaningless post title

Hi administrators and moderators, there are so many post titles like video, update, my edit, my art,bye, Useless post, or :-B, please make up rules to stop such meaningless titles.
by the way, please use digest to select recommended threads, digest threads will be a good tool for members to read good posts.(might be named Essence Threads later)

I think that you should make a specific bolded rule in the "Posting Rules" that says "Please name your thread specifically to avoid confusion. Random and common threads that aren't titled specifically such as 'Video, Update, My Edit, My Art, Bye, [Emoticon]' will either be deleted or merged with threads that are titled similarly", if it hasn't been done already.

I agree with HappyDerp, people just don't pay attention to signs...we need a big red bolded notification that'll stay pinned in the threads the whole time.
