I'm in Pacific time. If it is in China time, it would be 4:00 am here. So yeah I couldn't join if it is -_-

I don't think I can join. Sorry . It keeps showing a black box whenever I open up the never council thingy. And if it is China time like happyderp said, it would be too early for me to join. I hope you understand.
