How in pixie hollow do i get a signatuer

ive seen these signatures and i had no idea what they were. i went to look for a tutorial but like none showed up. how can i do/make a signauter because id love to have one like everyone else (and feel included *cough*) and if im completely stupid and there is one can someone tag the link below in the comments please? (hope this doesnt count as a spam thread )

| If you ask me, I use Photoshop to create a custom signature with a designated size.
| Like what the person above me says, I use imgbb or imgur to upload and embed.
| In my case I link my signature to my page instead of just the plain zoom-in. I use a bit of coding on that :' )
