Hey there, sometimes people are from different places, therefore, the servers might be empty at times. Welcome to FairyABC btw!
Unfortunately, mini games like the one we had in the previous Pixie Hollow aren't in-game as of now but hopefully soon enough we'll have 'em back.
From what I'm aware, anyone can play even if we're across oceans ;^)))
Most parties are organized through the forums and we just meet up when they occur. I hope this helps? Heh
