I think that you've gotten better. I think that the shading on the arms is better in the first picture, but that everything else is better in the second one! You've improved a lot!

Admittedly, I prefer the hair in the first but the facial features (especially that of highlighting, shadows, and of the subject's eye) are a definite improvement.

Both are good but you perfected the second one's face. If you put the face of the second pic on the first one and turn her eyes down they both would be equally great, so I would say you've gotten better.

I like both of them a lot! The clothing is great and are the wings! The second one does look better however, so I do believe that you've improved!
