My Sister Was Banned??

Umm, my sister just came and told me that she was banned. She said she has no idea why and that she is barely even ever on this game to do something that breaks the rules! Please just explain why. We both are so confused, and she is so upset about it. Her username is GoldenFlower. She has the Cinderella profile picture.
