New user group

We are considering a new level user group.At this moment the highest level is "Minister", we might add an even higher group, maybe it will be named "Royal fairy", but we are not sure, what do you think? Feel free to tell us if you don't like it,
i know it sounds not fair to those who spent a long time to get full level
