Can't read the artwork rules post?

Hello!
I noticed that the rules for posting artwork post in My Arts can't be read anymore because the author was banned/deleted. https://www.fairyabc.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=28&extra=page%3D1
I think that it's very important to have an art rules post there and in Fantasy Pad that can be read, because users may post artwork that doesn't follow the rules without even knowing what the rules are. Will there be a new art rules post?

Because art is posted on the forums, it basically follows forum rules. Art has to be family friendly and be only fairyabc art if its in the my arts, art in the fantasy pad forum still has to be family friendly and follow forum rules , but does not have to be fairyabc art.
