whats [Read permissions 100]?

there was some new posts in the report center, but that bracketed tag was there. what does it do?

Hi! It's a view setting. It was set to 100 (which means only staff can see it) as a lot of people have expressed concern on how public/viewable the report center is to normal players, how it can be humiliating/shaming the person who is being reported, and how it could effect their reputation if they were to become a better person and enter our community again. It's basically done to protect the reported players privacy and that's why the permissions were set to make the report only visible to staff.
