Sapphire and her Autumn Revelry Sceptre

In the story I wrote about the Autumn Revelry, I also wrote a scene where Sapphire mentions making a sceptre of different blue glasses one Revelry before Grace's sceptre, but I had to delete the scene because, story length and plus, that was mainly a tale about Grace making said sceptre.
